The idea here is as follows:

  • Understand fears related to the bar exam, especially the fear of failure;
  • Incorporate visualization into your study routine;
  • Incorporate affirmations into your study routine;
  • Ensure your nutrition and lifestyle are compatible with bar exam success; and
  • Anticipate bar exam conditions and practice under simulated exam conditions [see also, Step 3].
