Many of the study and practice mindset issues were covered in Step 1 and Step 2. Here, we focus more on the nuts and bolts of taking the bar exam, including studying for the various portions of the bar exam, memorization, and exam practice:

  • Understanding the MBE;
  • Tips for MBE success;
  • Learning how to write bar exam essay and performance test responses;
  • How to study and practice; and
  • Anticipate bar exam conditions and practice under simulated exam conditions.

 

There are several ways you can do the things listed above.

 

The first path:  Unfortunately, I do not have a book that covering, in detail, each of the common bar exam test sections.  However, my Bar Exam Basics book — see Step 1 for links — briefly covers essay writing, MBE, and performance test.
