fox getting a good nights sleep

Let me ask you a question.

How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

Six? Seven?

A few of you probably got eight hours.  Good for you.

Let me ask you another question.

If you had the choice between studying an extra hour for the bar exam or getting at least eight hours of sleep, which would you prefer?

If you said you’d prefer to study for an extra hour, you are wrong.

Sleep is hugely important to how our brain performs.  Without sleep, we have slower reaction times and begin to lose mental and physical function.

Remember, sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture.

So as part of your bar exam preparation, remember to sleep.

If you need some help sleeping, check out my post about how to get a good night’s sleep.
